This conference aims to bring together researchers, experts, and professionals to discuss the
challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship in insular contexts, with a particular focus on
organizational performance in response to the specific difficulties faced by these territories.
The goal is to explore how innovation strategies, management practices, and entrepreneurial
initiatives can help strengthen the resilience and sustainability of local businesses and
economies.
The primary objective is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and create synergies among
researchers in management science, entrepreneurship, and innovation, while enhancing
reflection on the specificities of overseas territories.

Discussions and contributions will focus on the following themes.

1. Innovation and Resilience in Insular Contexts
2. Entrepreneurship and Territorial Development
3. Social Responsibility and Sustainability
4. Management, Leadership, and Skills in SMEs
5. Financial Challenges in Insular Economies

Researchers are invited to follow the timeline below for submitting their papers in either French or English: NEW DEADLINES

Short Abstract (2 pages): Submission deadline – December 20, 2024 January 30, 2025
This abstract should briefly outline the research problem, methodology, and objectives.

Extended Abstract (5 to 7 pages): To be submitted upon acceptance (by February 20, 2025 March 15 2025)

Full Paper: To be submitted after the conference (by May 31, 2025)
